How to raise a complaint or appeal a moderation decision on Jizzy, and the timelines we hold ourselves to.
Raising a complaint
If you are unhappy with something on Jizzy, whether it is content you have seen, a moderation decision, a billing issue, or how your data was handled, we want to hear about it. Email info@jizzy.appwith “Complaint” in the subject and enough detail for us to look into it: what happened, when, and any relevant account or message details.
Our timelines
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours. We confirm we have received your complaint.
- Resolution target of 7 days. We aim to reach an outcome and tell you what we decided and why. Complex cases may take longer, and we will keep you updated if so.
- Safety reports move faster. Anything involving a minor or a real person is treated as urgent, ahead of these timelines. See Content Removal.
Appealing a moderation decision
If your content was blocked or your account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal. Reply to the notice you received, or email info@jizzy.appwith “Appeal” in the subject, and describe why you think the decision was wrong. We will review it and respond. Appeals do not apply to hard prohibitions such as content involving minors or non-consensual depictions of real people, which are never reinstated.
Who handles complaints
Complaints and appeals are handled directly by the operator of Jizzy. We keep a record of complaints and their outcomes so we can improve the service.
