The promises that matter most

• We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• You can delete everything. Wipe your chat history or your entire account whenever you want, and we delete it for good.

What we collect

We collect what we need to run the service and nothing we do not. That includes the email you give us when you create your account or sign up for updates, the content of your conversations so your companion can remember you, and basic technical and usage data such as device type and general activity that helps us keep the product working and safe.

Why we use it

Your data is used to give you the experience you came for: to power your companion's memory, to deliver messages, voice, and photos, to operate and secure your account, to process payments, and to comply with the law. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles on you.

Your companion's memory

A core feature of Jizzy is that your companion remembers you across time. That means we store the details of your conversations so they persist between sessions and devices. You stay in control: you can clear that memory or delete your account at any time, and the stored history goes with it.

Who we share with

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. These currently include:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Google Firebase and Cloud Storage, Neon) to run the app and store your account and conversations;
• AI providers that generate chat responses and images and video, processing your prompts to produce the output you asked for;
• Payments (PayPal, NOWPayments) to process purchases;
• Email delivery (Resend) for account and service email;
• Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta, Ahrefs, BeMob), which only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect safety. We do not sell or rent your personal data. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Your controls and rights

From your account settings you can export your data as a file and delete your account, which removes your conversations and personal data from active systems. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, port, or erase your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, use the tools in your account or email info@jizzy.app, and we will respond within the time the law allows (generally one month under the GDPR). You can also opt out of ad-related sharing at Do Not Sell or Share.

Because Jizzy involves adult content, some of what you share can be sensitive or special-category data. We process it to provide the service you asked for, on the basis of your consent and our agreement with you, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard security to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet a legal obligation. When you delete your account we remove your conversations and personal data from active systems. A limited set of records can survive deletion where we are required to keep them or need them to protect the service, for example payment records for tax and accounting, and safety records of blocked illegal-content attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but privacy is the default here, not an afterthought.

Age

Jizzy is for adults 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
