Refund & Billing Policy

How billing works

Jizzy is free to start. Beyond the free allowance, you pay as you go by buying “jizz” credits and spending them only when you choose. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. The current price of each pack, and what each action costs in jizz, is shown in the app before you pay.

One-time purchases

Jizz packs are one-time purchases of digital credits. Because credits can be spent immediately on generated content, and except where the law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, purchases are non-refundable once made.

When we will make it right

We will review a refund request in good faith if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error;
• credits were not delivered to your account after a successful payment;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using what you paid for.

Contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate. Unused credits from a genuine error are the usual remedy.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
