Why Jizzy is exempt

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Jizzy does not produce, and does not host, any such depictions.

Every companion, image, and video on Jizzy is wholly generated by artificial intelligence. The characters are fictional. They are not, and are not intended to be, real people, and no real performer, model, or human being is depicted, filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded to create any content on the service. Because no actual human beings are depicted, no visual depictions on Jizzy are subject to 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 2257A, and there are no age-verification records to maintain.

Our own hard line

Independent of any records requirement, every fictional character on Jizzy is portrayed as an adult 18 years of age or older. Content that sexualizes minors, or that depicts a real, identifiable person, is strictly prohibited and actively blocked. See our Child Safety Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

If that ever changes

This exemption depends on the content remaining entirely synthetic. If Jizzy ever incorporated real-person imagery, uploaded photographs of real people, or face-swaps of actual humans into sexually explicit output, the exemption would no longer apply and a designated records custodian would be appointed and named here first. That is not part of the service today.
