Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the Jizzy Partners affiliate program. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which also apply to you. Applying to the program means you accept them.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Every application is reviewed by hand, and we can decline one without giving a detailed reason. One partner account per person or company.

What you earn

• 50% of the list price of every qualifying sale for your first 60 days, counted from the day we approve you.
• 35% for life after that, on every future purchase the same referred user ever makes.

Commission is calculated on the published list price of the pack in US dollars, before payment-processing fees and taxes. The rate that applies to a sale is fixed at the moment of that sale and recorded against it, so a later rate change never rewrites what you have already earned.

How attribution works

A click on your link sets a first-party cookie for 60 days; the most recent partner link clicked is the one credited. When a visitor creates an account, that account is recorded against you on our servers permanently, so it survives cleared cookies, new devices, and every future purchase.

Attribution happens only at account creation. A user who already had an account before clicking your link is not attributed to you. You are never attributed for your own purchases.

Payouts

• Commission is pending for 15 days after a sale, then becomes payable. That window covers refunds and chargebacks.
• Minimum payout $50, paid in BTC or USDT (TRC-20) to the address on your account.
• Payouts are sent monthly on NET-15 terms. Your first payout may take up to 30 days while we complete a one-time review.
• Changing your payout address freezes payouts for 72 hours and notifies you by email.
• Network fees are deducted from the amount sent. We are not responsible for funds lost to an incorrect address you provided, which is why we ask you to enter it twice.

Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

If a sale is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed. If it has already been paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout, and a negative balance carries forward until it is cleared.

Traffic we do not accept

• Bidding on our brand terms, or any close variant, in paid search.
• Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, SMS, comments, DMs, or forum posts.
• Incentivised clicks or signups, including reward, PTC and bot traffic.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders or any technique that sets an attribution cookie without a real, intentional click.
• Misrepresenting yourself as Jizzy, or making promises about the product we do not make.
• Placing our creative anywhere a minor could plausibly be the audience, or beside content involving minors. This is absolute.
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

Where the law requires it, disclose that your link is an affiliate link. Use only creative we supply or that you have the rights to.

Enforcement

Breaking the rules above voids the commission earned through the traffic in question, and may close your account. For clear or repeated abuse we may withhold the full balance. We will tell you which rule applies when we act, and you can dispute it by replying to that email.

Changes to the program

We may change commission rates with 30 days notice by email. Changes apply only to sales made after they take effect; sales already recorded keep their original rate. We may change the rest of these terms at any time, with the updated date shown above.

Ending the relationship

Either of us can end it at any time. If you leave in good standing, any balance above the minimum is paid on the next normal payout run. A balance below the minimum at closure is forfeited, since it cannot be sent.
