Terms of Service

1. Who can use Jizzy

Jizzy is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the service. By using Jizzy you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age, and we may refuse or terminate access if we believe you do not.

2. The companions are fictional

Every companion on Jizzy is a fictional character that is fully AI-generated. Companions are not real people. They are not based on, and are not intended to depict, any specific real individual, living or dead, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. You may not use Jizzy to create or request a companion that depicts a real, identifiable person without authorization.

3. Our uncensored commitment

This is the promise we built Jizzy around, and we are putting it in writing. For adult members on a paid plan, we commit not to remove or materially restrict access to the uncensored, NSFW experience that the plan was sold with. We will not strip intimacy or adult content out from under paying members the way some platforms have done in the past.

This commitment operates within two limits that we will never cross, because they protect the service and everyone on it:

• The law. We will always comply with applicable law and with the requirements of our payment and infrastructure partners.
• Our content policy in Section 4. The prohibited content below is never permitted, on any plan, and is not part of what "uncensored" means here.

Outside of those two limits, the conversation goes where you take it, and we do not get to quietly walk that back later. If we ever have to change this for legal reasons, we will tell you clearly and in advance, not silently.

4. What is never allowed

To keep Jizzy lawful and safe, the following are strictly prohibited on the service, with no exceptions, regardless of your plan. You agree not to create, request, upload, or seek any content that:

• sexualizes or depicts minors in any way, including any character presented, described, or implied to be under 18, and any age-play, child-like, or youth-coded sexual content;
• depicts or requests the likeness of a real, identifiable person in a sexual or intimate context without authorization, including public figures and private individuals;
• depicts non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or content that promotes or facilitates such acts;
• is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or violates the rights of others.

Violating this section can result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities. Because every depiction on Jizzy is entirely AI-generated with no real performers, the service is exempt from federal record-keeping under 18 U.S.C. 2257.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Do not share your account or let anyone under 18 access it. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

6. Plans and payment

Jizzy is free to start. Beyond the free allowance you can pay as you go by buying “jizz” credits and spending them only when you want. Current prices, and what each action costs in jizz, are shown in the app before you pay.

Jizz packs are one-time purchases. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Full billing terms, and the cases where we will make it right, are in our Refund & Billing Policy.

7. Privacy

Your conversations are private. We describe how we handle your data, and your rights to delete it, in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to break or overload the service, and do not use it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Jizzy is an entertainment service involving fictional AI companions. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Companions are software and can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jizzy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the operator of Jizzy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to resolve disputes there to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have where you live.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make material changes, we will give clear notice. You may stop using Jizzy at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these terms are violated.
